Is there any way to rerun a failed amanda run on the same tape?
For example, my monthly run on tape Monthly3 failed completely and
didn't even finish the estimates. It did write the first header though,
so last months dumps are gone.
But now it is asking for Monthly1.

all, it STILL couldn't find the device.

is that you can't readilly check the tape label. Cleaning
tapes are really physical device that emulate the SW device
/dev/null, useful for some applications. That is what they

I installed Amanda, mtx to control and L9 and backup the box.
Amanda is workign perfect, and mtx work perfect. But when I try
to use chg-zd-mtx the problem started. Please find below the

drive in an Overland MiniLibrary Xpress and got the

all machine last friday OK using amadmin daily force hostname for
each of the three machines.
