I can't seem to get tapetype to agree to the rated capacity of my Powervault 120T (DLT 7000 35G native). The maximum uncompresses that tapetype registers is about 27G. Running 'mt status' returns a density code for 35G. Any ideas why I can't detect the full tape? Here's the output from

I never want to overwrite, but we're supposed to rotate them out daily. It's possible these weren't moved out, but my real question here is that I don't want amanda to be dependent on the tapelist. Do I have to go by what the rotation is listed in tape-list, or can I continue to put in any tape?
