First off, what user you running that command as? If it's not root or
amanda, then it's not going to pick up

I can't seem to get amrecover to restore any files. I've just
installed amanda, and just backed up files for a few days to get
something on the tapes. Now I'm trying a restore-test, and it's not
exactly successful. Any hints?
