Hi,
I'm trying to setup amanda (dev branch from github) on a debian sid i386. I've
created a test environment as described in the wiki, with virtual tapes and
bsdtcp auth, and everything run fine, amcheck and amdump are successful and I
get my tape correctly recorded with some valid tar archive
fails to flush when a no-reusable tape comes up in the cycle. (message:
taper: FATAL syncpipe_get: r: unexpected EOF). So, did I do something wrong ?
What was originally the purpose of reuse/no-reuse ?
Thanks,

roduce three distinct files on the tape. How can I merge the label
and the tar file so I can restore it with:
ammt bs=32k if=$TAPE skip=1 | tar -xf -
?
Thanks
