Update:
1. I have full access for NAS by using ssh. Will do fsck only on
Friday-Sunday.
2. I don't see any filesystem/binary corruption by just backing checking.
3. I have reduce inparallel max dump number and testing now.

If NFS is stuck and mounted as non-interruptible, you're out of luck.

Just now I have check manuals now I have full access to this NAS system.
By using QNAP web interface I found that SMART Information for
all Physical Disks is Good. Still investigating what can be the problem.
You can switch on
this directory /nasbackup/full/holdingdisk/20130318133816
