Thank-you everybody, I am going to try the type below for my tape.
Albeit my tapes are sony, the specs look identical. If it does not
work, I will go ahead with #tapetype.

Go into the tape-src's directory and type
You may also want to make sure that you have the latest version of
tapetype. I seem to recall seeing a message a few days ago about a new
and better version of tapetype that didn't make it into 2.4.3.
