I change my
final_virus_destiny = D_DISCARD;
final_banned_destiny = D_PASS;
final_spam_destiny = D_PASS;
final_bad_header_destiny = D_PASS;
but all Emails are in the Directory

My mail daemon is still delivering and receiving fine this just shows up a
couple times in the amavis logs

On Closer inspection actually this is only coming from one sender at
inboxconnect.com
which i imagine is spam mail
still i was wondering what could possibly cause that error?

First glance I'd think the remote host closed the connection.

Some users are complaining about receiving a couple mails that have the
subject changed with something like ***UNCHECKED*** prepended to the
subject.
I disabled the ***SPAM*** subject reqrite but how do i remove the
unchecked one?

One of your questions got me thinking, so I reconfigured
postfix for global filtering in main.cf, instead of in master.cf.
I had not remembered that I was not filtering email sent to the
submission port.

It's not set at all and this is installed on debian.
Does debian automatically set that to header by default?
so would i just set it to
$undecipherable_subject_tag = 'undef'';
or would it be
$undecipherable_subject_tag = '';
Because that
I guess it's just left out of the debian packaged config file. I think the
default value is to change the subject (since your installation does it
without any config specifying it)
Just add:
$undecipherable_subject_tag = undef;
