I'm doing tests with Amavisd-new 2.6.1 on Debian. After a period of no activity I see amavisd takes long to respond. Can I change that? are you sure that this is amavisd related? Where do you get your informations? Logfile? Maybe spamassasssin or your MTA is slow? Do you use a virus
