[AMaViS-user] Viral false positives

Heloo, I got a customer sending a document, but it is getting as virus Heuristics.Structured.SSN quarantine: J/virus-J9uNoqawFTf_ AFAIK the document is not a virus. The customer is on a box of its own. How can this be fixed, or exempt the IP from testing? -- Member - Liberal
