The Civic Education Project (CEP), is an NGO promoting innovation in post-communist higher education. CEP awards both Visiting and Local Faculty Fellowships to faculty, and advanced postgraduate students who have western graduate training in: economics, history, international relations, law, political science, public administration, and sociology. Visiting Fellows teach in English. All CEP Fellows also participate in CEP's academic network-building projects.
