Not tried it myself, but there's an implementation including hex file for the
Arduino Leonardo under the folder:

As there appeared to be no official hex files for the Arduino Mega, I set about
building from source.
Hex files, fuse values, source templates and general instructions are provided
in AMF2560.ZIP which may be downloaded from:
