I have been using Farstone's Drive Clone Pro. No complaints. I have not
only a backup, capable of being restored to any computer, but also a clone
of the drive, in case the drive fails.

IB charts are just barely.. Forget them.. Their support leaves a lot to be
desired, too. But the rest is pretty good. MBT is quite a bit more
friendly and support is second to none.
