Did National ever make a receiver on which the tuning knob pulled out
slightly to become the band switch?
If they didn't, who might have made such a mechanical monster?
I am trying to help a friend identify a receiver which he has acquired that
has this unusual band switch arrangement. All of the

Orr, or, more importantly for the current BC-458 project, the boo
I have a really great AF68 working wonderful...Only thing left to do is find
2 knobs with the chrome insert or find chrome inserts...The bandswitch knob
and the mike gain knobs are the two...Will buy or trade for two...Any out
there???
