Heard ARISSAT-1 CW beacon (weak) -- 15 August, 21:15 CDT.
Appeared to be in Lo Pwr mode, No BPSK telemetry or FM heard.
Copied part of the CW beacon (some fading) the old fashion way --
no computers were used or harmed with this
