i can just see the faa allowing hams to have 'radio' equipment and antennas on
their facility.
please have all electronic equipment turned off during take off and landing. i
know its not a plane but i bet they would consider their facility a critical
mission.

There are several US and Bermudian government facilities there which might be
talked into an IGATE. There is a US FAA ARTC L band primary and secondary
radar station and an ADS B station that feeds into New York Center. There also
appears to be a Navy ANPS48 turning at the same facility.
