Can you hear it on the AM broadcast band?
If so use the ferrite rod antenna to get directions of it and have
yourself a fox hunt.

Had a similar problem once. Got a friend to listen in the shack while I
walked around the neighborhood with a sledgehammer. Every time I came
to a utility pole i gave it a good whack. One particular pole, when
ever I whacked it, there was a blip in the noise. Took the number of
the pole,

I had a similar problem on 80 meters at my QTH. The power company
couldn't find it. I finally did. I drove the entire area mobile with my
706, trying different bands. Having 2 meter and 70 cm fox hunt antennas,
equipment and attenuators helped me a lot too.
The QRN signal on 80 was

The first step to having HAM TV on board the ISS has taken place.
The Japanese HTV-4 has successfully been launched on its way to the ISS
with the HAM TV transmitter on board, at 12:48 PDT (4:48 JST). Docking
with the ISS planned for next Friday.

I succeeded in digipeating via CO-65 9k6 today after an interval of
several months.
Uplink 1267.600 MHz
Downlink 437.475 MHz, 9600bps GMSK
This system of CO-65 should be able to operate when it's not in range
of Japan.

JAXA announced CubeSats of PicoDragon, ArduSat-1, ArduSat-X, TechEdSat-3
to deploy from KIBO in ISS. Deployment is planed from October 2013

Interestingly, it looks like it's still in Mode B based on status reports,
and hasn't switched to Mode A at all despite being in full illumination for
more than 48 hours at this point.
Even though it's not fully eclipsed at any point in it's orbit now, maybe
it's still not receiving enough
