the center frequency of FO-29's uplink or that the Packet downlink was on the
SO-50 uplink (without the 67Hz tone)??
Seems like this wasn't very well 'coordin ated'. I hope those freq's were
misprints.

I am glad that testing is progressing and succesful. For the actual
commisioning and ISS testing it would be very helpful if signals from the
ISS are not just limted to the European window but test signals are also
transmitted across NA. We have a number of folks getting stations re
