I don't think it was in transponder mode for the pass over Hawaii at 2100z.
The telemetry was strong but no response from the transponder

I have and no longer use these auto tracking devices.
Unitrac 2000 set up for a parallel port and a TS 2000.
Endevour Auto tracker this will control the antennas but the tuning chip is not
there (I think you can still get one?).
$75 each and I will pay shipping.

Update on FUNcube AO-73 mode change. I have now switched the sat back to
'auto eclipse' mode (at 12:45 UTC), such that in sunlight the full power
beacon will be on, and when the sat is in eclipse the transponder/low power
beacon will be on.

For your information - first pass was a bit to low in view of
terrain/obstructions at my QTH although I did hear my downlink.
Second pass - Had a number of QSO's and satellite downlink quite strong but
of course with the usual fade.
Unable to monitor the on board data during these passe
Congratulations to the AO-73 team for switching FUNCUBE into daytime
operation in linear mode.
All we have to do now is stop certain countries from calling on top of
existing QSO's.

Hi Folks,
Just to let you know that at 09:29 UTC today I have switched AO-73's mode
to be continuous transponder/low power beacon. The plan is to leave it in
this mode for one or two complete orbits.
Anyone decoding the tlm, please keep a watch on the Battery Temp - its
important that it stay
