W1AW/9 operations are going well from EN50 in Central Illinois. There is
another pass from FO-29 tonight, and I will also try to listen for SO-50
later.
Tomorrow(Friday) there will be no W1AW/9 activity during the morning passes,
but W1AW/9 should be on some of the afternoon/evening passes.
It is FM.

And the object Q is currently very close to QB50p1 !
NCBR1 is certainly the object Q!
Congratulations!

Excellent point, Drew -- SDR's can visualize and record the entire
passband. I posted screenshots of the AO-07 and VO-52 passbands
during field day last year, they're on my blog at:

If they can do it on HF there is absolutely no reason why it could not
be done for the transponders passband.
Use a SDR type of radio.
If they can actually record like CQWW actually record every band for the
full 48 hours. And they can then forever actually look up an exact

I plan to use VO-52 because the downlink signals are much
Or use a FC dongle or other SDR software to record an IQ file for the
transponder.
You could see all the stations in the passband, then play again and listen to
each one in turn.
