Now that you mention it, I recall a few times when my own system would lock
up, and then eventually empty the buffer.  Still, the INDIO digi is on the
standard US APRS frequency of 144.390 MHz.

Hello Alan

One day I observed the same effect with US calls. I think the TNC was
blocked over Russia and "uloaded" over California.
