Joe, You can use listma...@amsat.org. However, we are aware of the situation. From the report, SpamCop users have reported system as a source of spam less than 10 times in the past week. works out to about 1 a day, or less. Just enough to keep the blacklist in place. That means it may be

Joe, This is a problem which has been around for some time, and is getting worse. Small ISPs, and some larger ones, use spam control programs such as Spam Cop and Iron Key. They have various ways of detecting spam sources, and these are blocked at the ISP level, so you never see the messages
