there because we didn't know where to put them, so advanced tab is for
advanced prefs+ to be filtered prefs..

Yes indeed, the option is for not having the mail icon, as requested by
many users (some have 1000+ emails on hotmail, 100% of it is junk, they
never use their hotmail, if they delete mails, they'll get 100+ new mails
everyday.. so they constantly have the mail icon in the tray which bothers

We already had an option for this, it was moved and then I think moved
again. Im not sure where it is now. But we do have the option already.
