Ok, I did it but didn't have time to test it at all. Instead of doing the timer on chaning to the hand (ie on enter) I did the timer on returning back to the arrow, that way when moving the mouse over multiple contacts it will stay a hand and not an arrow. In my code I was assuming it takes no cpu
