I'd like to ask if there are any students around here who
would be interested in posting an application to FFMPEG's
project for a WMV3 encoder.. we already have it working, or
at least very close to it (first frame is encodable,
I-frames are good but a small part of code missing for
P-frames...

They will use a video encoding called AFD - don't know if the name rings any
bells to anyone, I'll get back later with more details!
