Have a webcam session with someone, let the SB close, then cancel
webcam. It won't reopen the SB so the remote end won't see that you
canceled it.

I just checked the code. The message is coming directly from the capture
extension. ::Capture::Open internally uses the set_color_conv function to
select the palette. It tries RBG24 first, then BGR24,
