Thanks Jon for your reply,I can now go ahead and buy a IDE H/D to fit in =
to the carrier/cradle of the A1200,I have never been really certain of wh=
ether to go for a scsi or an ide.Len.

If there is anyone at home could you answer a question for me please
At the moment I am using a squirrel interface connecting to an external s=
csi CD/RW but I need to buy a new H/Drive and I am confused whether I nee=
d a SCSI H/D or an IDE H/D or will either of them do??.Thank you,Len
