Is there a way to auto sync my Google Mail with my G1 hourly, but not
sync my contacts? (They seem to erase sometimes)

Is there a way, or app, that would give me a single icon for
speakerphone operation?
I'd like to hit a main screen button that would bring up the dialer or
contacts then go straight into a speakerphone mode as the line is
dialing- no MENU + speakerphone after dialing starts.
