It looks like there was a typo in device/generic/car/vendorsetup.sh. The
other files in that directory don't have the "emu_" part, so try `lunch
aosp_car_x86-userdebug`.

I have resolved the problem by downloading bison 2.7 source codes from
bision website, compiling it and replace
prebuilds/misc/darwin-x86/bison/bison by the output.
