Which branch are you using? Newer branches (Marshmallow+) use LOCAL_CXX_STL
to chose a STL for non-NDK modules (LOCAL_NDK_STL_VARIANT for NDK modules).
In Lollipop, you could include external/libcxx/libcxx.mk for libc++

Anyone,
I was wondering what is the proper way to include the STL in the Android.mk
file when building under the AOSP build system and not in the NDK. I know
about libstlport in external, but it does not include all the classes
needed in some cases (such as vector or chrono). Thanks.
