Some of my users are complaining that the in-app premium version that
they bought is not getting restored.
I contacted one of these users and I sent an APK with additional messages.
This is what happens:

Solved. I had to change the app description completely, making it simpler,
more digestable.
An interesting note: the support guy from Google Play advised to remove the
reference to Yahoo! in the app's description (?). It said previously: This
