Hello.

I'm a developer working for a mobile security corp.
I'm developing a total App protection solution for Anti-Hacking and 
anti-tempering of mobile app. 

By the way, I found that we couldn't get the running process lists 
according to the Google security policy since Android 6.0 Mash Mallow.
Even though hackers already have attacked our customer's apps on a rooted 
device, we couldn't do anything because of the above policy.
I insist that to get the other running process lists is the first step to 
prepare the protection solution against the hackers.

We want to design our customer's apps to be quit when a particular process 
is running.

Please let me know how to get the already running process lists without the 
root permission.
It would be very helpful to improve the mobile security skills.
