This just happened to me too (in AZ). Was all ready to open it up and see what I got when I noticed it was VERY light. The tape was pulled to the side, but I didn't think that the phone could have been pulled out of it. I was thinking it was just packaged with all air bags in error. But now it sounds like something fishy is going on here...
Luckily, I noticed it right after I signed for it and had the delivery guy watch while I opened my box. I didn't even get the charger though - just paperwork and air bags. He called his boss and they decided to take it back from me and to contact Brightpoint themselves. Not sure when or if I'll hear anything back from them. I sent an email to the Device Seeding email, so I am hoping they'll help take care of it.
