Try hitting the back button and then the next button. Worked for me.

Tried a different decompression utility and had no problems.

I had the same problem and in the archives I found a fellow saying to
hit the back key and then the next key (or something like that) and
then it would find it. Worked for me.

I have downloaded and installed the Java SE Development Kit and
Classic Eclipse. When I try to install the Android SDK Tools, I get
the following message.
I'm on a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit system.
