Is there a way to block "Save for Offline Reading" in Android 4?
It seems this feature would be need for mobile web developers looking
to at least attempt to protect sensitive and private data(i.e.
Financial, Healthcare, Personal,)
Is there a meta tag or something?

To be clear, I want to change the type of keyboard that shows up when
a user edits a text field on an html page displayed in a WebView.
