I have connected my galaxy tab to the esclipse while compiling my
android application it shows this error message

i am developing a project for android galaxy tab i have 3
textviews in the activity when i click on the first textview the
keypad slides into the screen and block my view of the entire screen.
I find it odd, it ll be tough for the user if he doesn't see the
screen for every entry he is

Is it possible to customize a single user screen(xml file) depending
upon the user who logs in? consider that one or two buttons in that
screen should be completely hidden for some selected users
