Hi, I have access to a nifty new external device and drivers are available for linux but the dependency on hardware is not clearly described.
i.e. on the driver download page "Requires Linux Kernal 2.6+." As I understand Droid I would have to have a rooted phone in order to install - am I right - anyone? But even if I had rooted my Droid, should I expect the Droid chip/ hardware to be compatible with the drivers that are distributed by this external device vendor? Thanks! (before I start rooting around) ProteinDJ Trying out a new spin on optimized chemistry. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
