Hello I have been searching the Internet for the past few weeks in order to find out how I can help contribute by translating the Android core apps and adding the Welsh (Cymraeg (cy)) locale. I and a few other friends are interested in undertaking such a project and we'd like to be able to use a web interface such as Pootle, Transifex or Launchpad if possible. Is there any documentation on how to do this as I cannot find it anywhere?
