*looking for someone with statistics background who is an expert in time
series analysis. - In-depth knowledge of time series modeling
with ARMA/GARCH- Experience in applying state space models
such as Kalman Filter and Particle Filters- Time series
outlier detection and extreme value modeling experience-
Experience with Bayesian modeling using Monte Carlo or Variational Bayes-
Knowledge of Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) and other NN
based times series analysis is a plus- Experience with Python
using numpy, sklearn, stattools, pandas, scipy, matplotlib etc. is
preferable, but we equally encourage candidates with R background*
