[android-developers] Dialer consuming data

Hi I've seen in About Phone - Battery - Battery use - Dialer that it has been sending/receiving data at maybe 20 kb an hour. What's funny is that it does that even when it's positively not connected to any network (GSM/3G data is disabled, wireless access is not available). Could it be that this
