Hello! We are developing an application for the ambulance. It should be 
constantly in communication with the server and up to Android N everything 
worked well (background service is used). But the new Doze mode disables 
access to the network, which stops the application. On the device in the 
application comes an emergency call, it can happen at any second. We need a 
permanent connection to the server and the ability to provide an audio 
signal to the user.
What to do, what are the options? And yes, I know about the battery 
consumption ... and the user knows.))
