*End To End Test Lead*


The E2E Test Lead works in partnership with other functions in Technology, 
Product Owners and the business.  This person will lead and drive the 
end-to-end test strategy and execution of cross-functional initiatives 
across all functions at an enterprise level. The objective is to ensure 
quality of IT projects that extend beyond a single product area.

*What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):*

   - Lead a distributed team of Quality Engineers and other testers in a 
   matrixed model within IT and business acceptance, utilizing QE enterprise 
   tools and processes within SAFe Agile applying Shift-left approaches. 
   - Provide technical guidance to all Quality Engineering resources on 
   Project/Application Requirement Analysis, Test design, Test planning, 
   technical documentation, test approaches across all phases of the delivery 
   & Discovery through Post-production within LOB. 
   - Enable modernization in Test Engineering with Automation of Functional 
   and Non-Functional Testing, as well as CICD, Test Data and Environments. 
   - Establish Metrics and measure to track and act on end-to-end quality. 
   - Build reports and dashboards for communication to QE Governance with 
   execution Metrics to drive optimization of people, practices, and tools. 
   - Assess Performance Risk/Impact analysis on projects/features and 
   provide mitigation with appropriate escalations. 
   - Verify E2E test coverage, identifying gaps, and working with 
   stakeholders to ensure complete coverage, with interlocked schedules and 
   reporting of test preparation, execution, defects, and acceptance criteria. 
   - Enable Quality Engineers to adopt and mature Test Automation tooling 
   and increased, well-maintained, Regression Test suites. 
   - Effectively collaborate and communicate with Enterprise Architects, 
   LOB Managers, Directors, technical & non-technical stakeholders, to build 
   win-win partnerships. 
   - Ensure adherence across teams to set practices, standards, techniques, 
   and be a champion of Quality Engineering as a key enabler to product 
   delivery success and driver of business value. 
   - Review capabilities in existing Test Automation, Test Environment & 
   Test Data, Performance Testing, and CICD periodically to improve 
   continuously in alignment with the QE governance team. 
   - Mentor Quality Engineers and SDETs with technical leadership and skill 
   development for action plans to execute initiatives that support the DevOps 
   mindset. 

*What You’ll Bring With You (Qualifications):*

   - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related 
   discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required. 
   - Certifications in SAFe Agile, Azure Cloud technologies (or similar), 
   DevOps transformation are preferred. 
   - Must have 5+ years in IT Quality Engineering and DevOps strategy, 
   practices, techniques, and/or systems development leadership with 
   experience in one or more of the following areas: Retail, Merchandising, 
   Supply Chain, Store Team, Enterprise applications, and Digital 
   Transformation. 
   - Strong end-to-end knowledge of SDLC. 
   - Comprehensive experience with an enterprise Agile process, such as the 
   Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevOps Transformation. 
   - Ability to lead multiple large initiatives including legacy, cloud, 
   and infrastructure upgrades. 
   - Expertise in multiple test automation frameworks open source or other. 
   (Azure DevOps, Robot Framework, NUnit, Selenium web driver, Postman, VSTS, 
   Git, JMeter, Python, RestSharp, Xunit). 
   - Well versed with Cloud technologies, Azure, microservices/SOA 
   architecture, dockers, containers, AI/ML multiple platform application and 
   data integrations. 
   - Expertise in Functional testing, Regression, Load, UAT, Test Data, 
   API, backend, Integration modular & E2E, and operational readiness testing. 
   - Proficient in SDLC, Quality Engineering best practices, Test 
   Automation, CICD, Release Management, Test Data Management, and Performance 
   Testing as applied in the SAFe Agile model. 
   - Ability to master new applications and technologies quickly.  
   Self-motivated and attention to detail. 
   - Facilitation with excellent verbal & written communication skills with 
   ability to deliver presentations. 
   - Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills. 
   - Demonstrated collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels of 
   the organization, both technical and non-technical. 
   - Proven ability to lead and develop people technically to solve for 
   technical challenges.
