Hi,

I've been tasked to develop an app that needs to use offline maps, as
internet connection is very poor in most locations the user will be heading.

Basically, this app will collect water testing results for specific water
sources that will be pinpointed to the map. The company will not charge for
the app, and as far as I know, use will be limited to the "health agents"
that will be logging the test results in the different locations.

My question is, do I need to pay to use the Maps API? And is it possible to
download specific small chunks of maps and use it offline?

Thanks for any insight.
