JOB INFORMATION: Title: QA Analyst - SAP Integration Location: Plano, TX Interview Process: Telephone/SKYPE Contract: C2C Visa: H1/GC/USC JOB DESCRIPTION: QA Analyst-SAPIntegration MEETING NOTES: They are testingthe SAP integration. SAP Hanna or SuccessFactors. They are tryingto validate the master data. The key is tomake sure the data flows into the legacy systems. Mix oftechnologies: Web Services, Mulesoft, Soap UI. Must haveTesting tools, and Finance/HR, then a mix of the other skills. They have to be strongin backend testing. SAP Finance HRproject. They have startedthe SAP integration. Reason for Request:Supporting Business users with test preparation and test cases executionthroughout the SIT1 test cycle Responsibilities: The QA Analyst will beresponsible for the integration test effort related to Rent A Center HR/Financetransformation project. This role will focus on SAP and Legacy Application test Skills Required(Mandatory): 1. Bachelors or Master'sdegree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience. 2. 6 to 8 years of QualityAssurance experience with the last 4 years conducting Web Services, SystemIntegration and End-to-End Testing. 3. Strong testingexperience in HR/Finance related applications such as Recruiting &Onboarding System/Payroll/Time Management System/Success Factors/ExpenseManagement/General Ledger/Financial Reporting. 4. Strong Knowledge in SAPHR E2E business processes. Experience in working with the integrationfunctionality between HR, Payroll and Finance postings and SAPIntegration testing. Functional and technical knowledge of SAPHR/Finance modules. 5. Exposure to SAPOn-Premise as well as Cloud deployments. Extensive knowledge ofarchitectures and technical standards, layered systems architectures andlayered solutions and designs. 6. Excellent Knowledge ofDatabase Systems - Oracle, SQL Server, and Data Warehouse concepts. 7. Extensive experience indeveloping SQL scripts to validate the databases tables and reports datafor backend database testing. 8. Exposure to Mulesoft,Informatica, CAWA Scheduler, Boomi, TIBCO, Informatica ETL, Data warehousetechnologies. 9. Extensive knowledge ofIT concepts, strategies and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfallmethodologies. 10. Strong documentation,analytical and problem-solving skills. 11. Have excellentinterpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with alllevel of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients Technical Skills: .
