Hi, Could anyone direct me to the APIs which allow to figure out through roaming which service providers available and what are they're capabilities?
Also, is it possible upon a call action to launch a custom intent, let's say a voip app such as sipdroid? I'm quite new at this and just trying to figure out possible capabilities of android, I'm using android 2.1 btw.
