I have a paid app with over 2300 reviews, and overall score of 4.6!
I got about 2100 positive reviews (4 or 5 stars)
100 of 3 stars
and about 100 of negative ones(1 or 2 stars)
But in the last week, all the user can see is the negatives reviews, they
