Title : Operations Lead Location : Plano, TX Duration : Long Term Skills/Qualifications •Total 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in development using Java / Python •At least 3+ years of experience with Operations Support project with exposure to outage handling of P1/P2 incidents, crisis management, communication, reporting to stakeholders. •Experience with tools like JIRA, Datadog, MongoDB clients (Robo3T, Compass) •Familiarity with AWS EKS, Kubernetes, DevOps automation and building CI/CD pipelines. •Monitoring: Hands on experience with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, and Elastic Search.
