*Position: Project Co-Ordinator (Release Manager)*

*Location: Denver, CO*

*Contract: 6 + Months*

*Look for USC and GC- Locals top priority*

*·*         Experience working in cable and telecom industry – knowledge of
provisioning and activation would be plus

·         Minimum 3+ yrs Release management experience

·         Knowledge of remedy and service now

·         Knowledge of tools for project management (Jira, Confluence,
Smartsheet, Microsoft office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) is must

·         Knowledge of managing telecom infrastructure projects in plus

·         Duties Include

·         Working with Development and Deployment teams for prioritization,
scheduling and deployment of changes to production environments

·         Supporting daily deployments under pressure and meet strict
deadlines is a must

·         Creating Change request in remedy and working with change
management team for approvals

·         Manage internal release communications to all release stakeholders

·         Conduct Release Readiness , Milestone , and Business Go/No-Go
reviews

·         Tracking release requests in Jira

·         Hosting Stand up with deployment teams

·         Must be able to work in a fast-paced and adhoc technical
environment.

·         Strong sense of responsibility – willing to take ownership of
issues

·         Organized, self-starter with a natural inclination for planning;
Should not need day to day oversight

·         Supporting deployments over-night and on weekends as and when
needed

·         Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; Strong
written skills.
