Now that developer devices are spreading out, I wonder if there is a
ready to use serial port adapter to utilize the debugger and console
in the Linux kernel with the device. If there is such a device, where
could I get one? If there is no such device I will have to build my
own, I will share
Damn, great question. I assumed that this device is exactly the same
as T-Mobile's G1 except from the fact that this is unlocked. I've
already ordered this phone and now I'm a little confused.

These hardware features are part of the Android Dev Phone 1. They're
present, but not listed in the features. It would be pretty silly to
provide a developer device, and then not
