Don't know if this will help, but we had a problem with a trademark violation that was reported to Google by the trademark owner. Attached to the email from Google was the letter from the trademark owner, with contact info. So we got in touch with the trademark owner and offered to fix the problem by removing the offending items - thankfully they were cooperative. In the end they contacted Google and told them that our app could be re-instated, which Google did do.
