We have developed the application you are mentioning, actually it has more capabilities such as a private web account, video and picture uploading, Geo-tagging and an alert system built into the mobile application, so if a user is assaulted or in danger, an alert can be sent to the user's emergency contacts. This week we launched free and premium accounts so if you have an Android you can go right now and turn your mobile into a personal security device.
